Description
Denver Public Schools is soliciting printing and delivery services for secondary math curriculum consumables, including English- and Spanish-language student editions, pathway student editions, and teacher guides for Coherent Math 1, 2, and 3. The pricing exhibit lists quantities for the 2026–2027 school year, including approximately 38,000 student editions and 1,020 teacher guides, with additional quantities potentially purchased during the contract term. Student editions require perfect binding with perforation, specified trim and paper, four-color covers, and black-and-white interior printing. Teacher guides require coil binding, specified trim and paper, four-color covers, and full-color interior printing. The supplier must demonstrate sufficient manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and supply-chain capacity; package and label shipments by school; provide tracking information; meet barcode and quality-control requirements for non-consumable resources; and deliver materials to approximately 40 schools by May 21, 2027, with end-of-May delivery in subsequent school years. The contract term is one year with four one-year renewal options.
