Description
Denver Public Schools is seeking expert partners to deliver a structured, differentiated professional development program for instructional coaches, deans of instruction, assistant principals, principal supervisors, and other district instructional leaders. Training must address curriculum and lesson internalization, classroom observation and feedback, real-time feedback, data-driven instruction, and strategic planning, with ongoing mentorship and individualized coaching based on participants’ applied work. The selected supplier(s) must also conduct up to five external diagnostic reviews for K-12 school communities. Each review includes a two-day site visit, classroom observations, review of school vision and strategy documents, staff surveys, teacher and student focus groups, leadership interviews, and a summary report of findings and recommendations with initial action planning. Proposals must include a detailed training plan with a sample yearlong schedule, a mentorship and feedback program design, and a sample report from a prior school review. The proposal must also address qualifications, relevant urban school district experience, familiarity with specified curricula or assessments, implementation planning through June 30, 2027, pricing, references, licenses if applicable, and a separate redacted response.
