Description
Hawkview Metropolitan District is requesting bids for a construction package covering landscaping and irrigation installations at the Willow Creek Mixed Use parcel. Bids must be submitted by email, and bidding documents may be requested electronically from the issuing office. The owner will evaluate qualified bids to identify the most comprehensive low bidder and may conduct a post-bid conference. No pre-bid conference will be held. The successful bidder may be required to provide qualification information, including financial statements, and bids must remain open for 90 days after opening.
