Description
Denver Water is soliciting professional engineering services for the relocation of approximately 300 linear feet of its 42-inch Conduit No. 74 water transmission pipeline, approximately 50 feet south of its existing alignment, to accommodate a planned bridge replacement. The scope includes project management, work-plan development, 30%, 60%, and 90% design submittals, design drawings and specifications, cost estimates, traffic-control planning and approval coordination, permit-application technical materials, quality assurance/quality control, bidding-phase support, and final-for-construction documents. The pipeline serves as a primary feed to Denver International Airport. The selected consultant must use Denver Water standards and procedures, develop and archive project materials in ProjectWise, coordinate with the City and County of Denver Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, and provide key personnel, organizational information, tailored resumes, a detailed approach and schedule, and a labor-hour and rate estimate. Attendance at the September 22, 2026, virtual pre-proposal meeting is mandatory for proposal submission. Proposals must include both an unredacted PDF and a redacted PDF uploaded to the designated Dropbox request by October 9, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
