Description
Arapahoe County is seeking qualified contractors to provide pricing for window replacement, patio-slider replacement, storm-window manufacture and installation, storm-window manufacture without installation, additional repair labor, and separately priced lead-safe work practices under the Department of Energy Weatherization Assistance Program for Low-Income Persons. Services will support approximately 400 households in Arapahoe and Adams Counties, with an estimated 20% requiring window replacement or storm windows when determined cost-effective through approved energy-audit software. Contractors must provide installed material and labor pricing, product and brand information, response and completion times, applicable licenses, lead-safe work certification, insurance, and required proposal documentation. Work includes scheduling with eligible customers, performing services at occupied residences, complying with DOE, EPA, OSHA, prevailing-wage, health-and-safety, and material-standard requirements, and submitting required forms, invoices, and supporting paperwork. The initial term is July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with four additional one-year renewal options at the County's discretion.
