Piney Lake Trails Metropolitan District No. 1 is soliciting bids for residential waste services. The selected contractor will provide weekly trash collection and every-other-week recycling collection for a maximum of 176 homes at full build out. The project is located in the Englewood, Colorado area. Bids will be received until October 14, 2026, and will be opened via a Zoom link. The contract will be awarded no less than thirty days after publication of the Invitation to Bid. Interested parties should request bidding documents from the issuing office, Centennial Consulting Group, and submit any questions in writing by October 20, 2026.
