Description
The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking a vendor to provide and implement an enterprise resource planning system, payroll solution, and human capital management solution. Vendors may propose one, two, or all three scopes, and the City may evaluate and award the scopes collectively or independently. Requested capabilities include financial management, budgeting, projects and grants, procurement, accounts payable, fixed assets, reporting, payroll processing, time and attendance, deductions, leave administration, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning management, compensation, employee self-service, security, compliance, and analytics. The selected vendor must provide implementation and project management, configuration, data migration and conversion, integrations with existing enterprise systems, testing, training, change management, go-live support, maintenance, and ongoing technical support. Required response materials include a proposal PDF, applicable functional requirements attachments, cost, data conversions, interface list, maintenance and support, and technical specifications attachments, plus the completed certification regarding ability to obtain required insurance. The proposal must include company experience, comparable references, proposed personnel, scope response, project schedule, and product roadmap.
