Description
Douglas County, Kansas is soliciting proposals for a modern, integrated enterprise resource planning system to replace legacy applications supporting financial management, human resources, payroll, procurement, and other administrative functions. The requested solution should improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and long-term scalability. Proposals must include all professional services necessary to implement the ERP system. Hosted and software-as-a-service solutions are encouraged, and the selected solution is expected to include ongoing support.
