Description
The United Nations Development Programme is soliciting one qualified bank operating in Tajikistan to provide banking services under a non-exclusive long-term agreement. The scope includes account management, domestic and international payment processing, payroll, cash management, cheque services, online and mobile banking, daily SWIFT MT940 reporting, cash distribution, customer support, and related services for UNDP and participating United Nations agencies. The bank must be a SWIFT member, support domestic and international payments, maintain international correspondent relationships, provide secure electronic banking and ERP connectivity, and comply with applicable international and local regulatory requirements. Proposals require separate technical, financial, and personal banking services submissions; financial and personal banking files must be uploaded separately in the commercial section, with the personal banking proposal encrypted. The agreement is expected to run for five years, with possible extensions of up to five additional years.
