Description
The City of Redwood City is soliciting proposals for an integrated, cloud-hosted Enterprise Resource Planning system and the professional services required to implement and support it. The scope includes finance, general ledger, procurement and contracting, accounts payable and receivable, treasury, capital and project accounting, grants, budgeting and capital improvement planning, human resources, recruitment, benefits, time entry, leave, payroll, employee self-service, performance management, risk management, learning management, and reporting. The selected proposer will provide software, project management, business-process and system design, configuration, interface development, data conversion from Oracle Cloud, reporting, testing, training, organizational change management, documentation, and post-go-live support. The City expects a phased implementation beginning in July 2027, with finance, HCM/payroll, and extended functionality phases. Proposals must include the required narrative responses and attachments, including functional requirements, interface, data-conversion, reporting, work-effort, project-management, deliverable-expectations, and price-proposal spreadsheets.
