Description
Denton County is soliciting proposals for as-needed, as-requested temporary staffing and payroll services across four independently evaluated categories: General/Clerical, Light Industrial Labor, Payroll Services, and Medical. Vendors may propose on one or more categories, and the County anticipates selecting primary and secondary providers for each category. Services may include recruiting and placing temporary personnel, payroll administration for County-referred workers, timekeeping, payroll processing, reporting, invoicing, screening, onboarding, and replacement staffing. Medical staffing requires verification of applicable education, licenses, certifications, registrations, health screenings, and related compliance documentation; some assignments may involve public-health confidentiality and HIPAA requirements. The contract has an initial one-year term from May 17, 2027, through May 16, 2028, with four additional one-year renewal options. The County estimates approximately 40,000 temporary-service hours during the initial one-year period but guarantees no minimum hours, assignments, expenditures, or business. Pricing is submitted as a percentage markup by category, inclusive of employer-paid taxes, benefits, insurance, overhead, and other applicable costs.
