Description
The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking competitive quotes for 0.03 acres of Palestine Emergent Mitigation (PEM) credits for the Iowa watershed. The vendor must be an accredited mitigation bank with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and must be able to provide all required credits at the time of purchase. The solicitation identifies the work as wetland bank mitigation associated with Iowa DOT Phase Number STPN-038-3(068)--2J-53 and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Permit No. 2026-0483. Bidders must quote all credits, and award will be based on cost and other factors, including compliance with mandatory requirements, staffing, schedule, past performance, and work capacity. A purchase order will be issued to the successful bidder.
