Description
Salt Lake County Mayor's Finance is soliciting proposals for an employee pay card program that provides an alternative to direct deposit. Wages must be electronically loaded onto network-branded prepaid cards each pay period, with immediate payday access to funds, integration with existing payroll and accounting systems, and a smooth implementation with minimal operational disruption. The program should include a mobile application for balance checks, a broad network of fee-free ATMs, online transaction history, and financial wellness tools. The resulting agreement is expected to have a five-year maximum term, including the initial term and any additional terms. Proposals must include a program proposal addressing relevant experience, qualifications, approach, timeline, and required features, as well as a separate pricing proposal. Optional submissions may include protected-record materials, preference documentation, exceptions or requested alterations, and related attachments.
