Description
St. John's Community Health is seeking a comprehensive Human Capital Management (HCM) solution that centralizes payroll, time and attendance, human resources, recruiting, onboarding, employee records, reporting, and employee self-service. The solution must support California payroll and timekeeping requirements, automate time capture and approvals, payroll processing, position changes, and employee data updates, and provide applicant tracking, electronic offers, background checks, e-signatures, new-hire documentation, document management, configurable workflows, and reporting. Proposals must describe relevant experience, including at least three references; the implementation approach, including configuration, data conversion, integrations, testing, training, and go-live; data-center, security, and reliability information; ongoing support; staffing and vendor information; warranties; pricing; and the proposed project timeline and delivery date. The proposal must include a signed cover letter and the completed Cost Proposal Worksheet or Proposal Worksheet, with any outsourced work clearly identified.
