Description
The City of Longmont is seeking one provider to deliver clinical supervision for Police, Fire, and citywide peer support teams; direct counseling for Public Safety Department employees; critical-incident consultation and debriefings; peer support training; and organizational and leadership wellness consulting. Addendum Two clarifies that counseling may be virtual, while peer support training and meetings with each team must be in person. The provider must offer after-hours and 24/7 telephone consultation for critical incidents, with an estimated 5–10 hours annually, and the City prefers a single provider for all services. The solicitation identifies approximately 408 Public Safety employees. Historical estimates include monthly or as-needed team supervision, approximately 36 hours annually for regular team meetings plus about 10 additional hours, approximately 20 debriefings over the prior three years, monthly peer-support-team training, and training or organizational consultation as needed. The provider must meet the stated education, experience, licensure, insurance, and past-performance requirements and submit pricing by task, including renewal-option escalation.
