Description
St. Vrain Valley School District is seeking multiple qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive range of athletic equipment, apparel, team uniforms, general supplies, sport-specific products, spirit wear, and related services for athletic programs from elementary through high school. Vendors may propose for one or more sports or activities and must provide products meeting applicable safety standards and relevant governing-body requirements. The scope includes manufacturer-list discounts, cooperative purchasing pricing, district-wide and school-site volume rebate programs, customization such as screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, logos, team names, and player numbers, as well as design, sizing, fitting, delivery, order processing, returns, warranty, emergency support, and dedicated account management. The district expects proposals to address product offerings, service capabilities, references, pricing, and contract terms. Multiple vendors may be awarded contracts for an initial term through June 30, 2028, with up to two additional two-year renewal periods.
