Description
Baseline Metropolitan District No. 1 is soliciting bids for construction of the NEC Huron Street and Prebble Creek Drainage project. The scope includes approximately 425,000 cubic yards of dirt work; installation of approximately 1,100 linear feet of 10-by-10-foot box culvert in the Prebble Creek drainage channel; relocation of approximately 600 linear feet of force main; Huron Street realignment; construction of final ponds for the Prebble Creek basin; and over-lot grading. Each bid must include a five-percent bid bond, a qualification statement addressing current commitments, past performance, comparable experience, available equipment, and key-personnel resumes, as well as a proposed subcontractor and supplier list. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds, and bidders must possess the required licenses and insurance policies. Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder as determined by the District.
