Description
Boulder County Public Works is requesting proposals for an independent pavement-condition evaluation covering approximately 382 centerline miles of paved county roads in accordance with ASTM D6433. The work includes on-the-ground inventory of existing surface conditions, calculation and methodology for Pavement Condition Index values, road deterioration and prediction modeling, pavement-width measurements, quality-control procedures, and photographs collected at least every 50 feet. The selected contractor must deliver data for integration into the County’s existing OpenGov Asset Management System and provide Esri ArcGIS-compatible geodatabase feature classes using the specified coordinate system. Image data must be geographically correlated to GIS point features. Proposals must address the project approach, data-collection methodology, schedule and production rates, equipment, software, staffing, quality control, project management, pricing, and at least three similar-project references; two references must involve at least 382 centerline miles and have been completed within the past two years. The base proposal must price the 382-mile inventory, with separate pricing for software or SaaS costs, additional data items, and additional mileage.
