Description
The City of Westminster is soliciting a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Big Dry Creek 54-inch Interceptor Rehabilitation Analysis and Design Project. The scope includes analysis, design coordination, construction management, and rehabilitation of the interceptor, supported by the scope of work, overall project map, 30% plans, CCTV inspection information, sample CMAR agreement and amendment, and price and fee workbook/work breakdown structure. The proposal must address the CMAR's qualifications, organization and key personnel, relevant project experience, project approach, financial and company information, resumes, contract markup, proposed schedule, and completed price and fee workbook. Three similar CMAR/CMGC projects from the past ten years are required for evaluation, with references and project values of at least $5 million. Performance and payment bonds are required at 100% of the contract amount, and specified insurance coverage is required.
