Description
The City and County of Broomfield is soliciting bids for construction of interim bus stops along CO 7. The work includes bus pads, concrete pavement and sidewalks, curb and gutter, drainage improvements, reinforced concrete pipe, erosion control, excavation, clearing and grubbing, landscaping and native seeding, irrigation repairs, pavement markings, construction surveying, mobilization, utility coordination, materials testing, and traffic control. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for a complete project. A completed bid form, bidder qualifications and subcontractor list, W-9, certificate of insurance, Colorado certificate of good standing, and bid security when the bid amount is $50,000 or greater are required in a single PDF submitted electronically. The anticipated contract time is 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, with a two-year warranty period, reduced to one year for irrigation and landscaping work. Performance and labor-and-material payment bonds are required for work exceeding $50,000.
