Description
This Sources Sought notice seeks capability statements, not offers or proposals, from small businesses capable of providing comprehensive grease trap, septic tank, lift station, and field latrine services. The anticipated requirement includes pumping, cleaning, grease removal, quarterly hydro-jetting of grease-trap lines, inspection, waste transportation, disposal at approved off-post facilities, spill cleanup, emergency pumping, and related documentation and reporting for approximately 139 systems and facilities. The draft requirement contemplates a firm-fixed-price contract with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. Services would require contractor-furnished personnel, equipment, vehicles, tools, materials, water, supervision, environmental compliance, security/access compliance, and qualified staff. Capability statements are limited to three pages and must address company information, socioeconomic status, intended prime-contractor work percentage, staffing, relevant experience within the past three years, capability, challenges and mitigation, and recommendations concerning the draft requirements.
