Description
The 325th Contracting Squadron requires a contractor to provide all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to service and relocate government-owned portable latrines and handwash stations at Tyndall Air Force Base. The work includes weekly waste removal and cleaning for portable latrines, weekly restocking and cleaning for handwash stations, approximately 50 relocation actions per year, and approximately 50 additional servicing actions per year. Services support base operations, field training, drone launches, recreational areas, and rebuild efforts. The solicitation requires a one-year base period with three one-year option periods, from December 6, 2026, through December 5, 2030. Offerors must submit a price quote covering all base and option-period CLINs, a solicitation acknowledgement, applicable provisions fill-ins, and a technical capability proposal of no more than five pages describing the technical approach, equipment, materials, staffing, and ability to perform the work. Safety Data Sheets for proposed cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing chemicals are also required. Award will be made to a responsible small business offeror whose conforming quote provides the best value, based on technical acceptability and price.
