The Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation is soliciting portable toilet rental and service for New River Trail State Park. The base requirement covers January through December 2027 and includes regular standard and wheelchair-accessible units at multiple locations in the park, each serviced once per week for 52 weeks. The solicitation also includes as-needed additional unit rentals and services, damage waivers, administration, delivery, and pickup fees, plus other optional services such as event services and other container sizes. The contract provides for one one-year base period with four one-year optional renewals, beginning in 2027, and is designated as a Small Business Set-Aside.
