Description
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is soliciting bids for labor, equipment, materials, permits, licenses, tools, transportation, and incidentals required to pump septic tanks, a lift station, and vault toilets and maintain sanitation standards at Split Rock Lighthouse State Park. The solicitation requests unit pricing for septic-tank pumping, lift-station pumping, ADA vault-toilet pumping, standard vault-toilet pumping, and emergency vault-toilet pumping within 24 hours of a request. Unit prices must include all costs necessary to complete the work, including applicable taxes and transportation. This is a rebid for the 2027 Split Rock Lighthouse State Park septic tank and vault toilet pumping project. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal using the latest event version; email and fax submissions will not be accepted. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and solicitation terms, with the State reserving the right to award by item, group, or total.
