Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting chemical toilet indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity services at Altus Air Force Base and the Sooner Drop Zone in Harmon County, Oklahoma. The contractor must furnish commercial-grade chemical toilets, trailer-mounted toilets, handicap toilets, hand-wash stations, parts, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, materials, vehicles, and management. Services include placement, cleaning, sanitizing, pumping, chemical replacement, waste disposal, minor repairs, replacement of unserviceable units within 24 hours, toilet-paper and hand-sanitizer replenishment, and support for special events. The base requirement includes recurring service for three main-base standard toilets, one Sooner Drop Zone standard toilet, and two trailer-mounted toilets, with additional equipment available for special events. Main-base units are serviced at least twice weekly, the Drop Zone unit twice monthly, and special-event services are provided on government notice. The base period runs October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with four 12-month option periods. Work is performed during normal duty hours, and contractor personnel must satisfy installation access, background-check, identification-badge, safety, environmental, and hazardous-material requirements. Quotes are evaluated primarily on price and technical acceptability, with acceptable past performance required.
