Description
Alachua County is seeking an informal written quote for as-needed septic services during Fiscal Year 2027. The scope includes septic tank pump-outs for tanks ranging from 300 to 1,500 gallons, recurring pump-outs for 4,000- and 4,200-gallon tanks at a jail, quarterly service for a 4,200-gallon tank with an internal 1,000-gallon tank at Animal Services, and 2,500- and 3,000-gallon grease trap pump-outs. Vendors must provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and disposal fees, including solid-waste disposal for pumped materials. The awarded vendor must be licensed and authorized to perform septic services in Florida, experienced with tanks up to 4,200 gallons, and capable of providing trained personnel, appropriate pump trucks, lawful transport and disposal, and documented service tickets. Pricing is requested for the listed pump-out and disposal items, as well as additional hourly labor and travel. The County intends to issue a blanket purchase order for October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027.
