Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, is conducting market research—not soliciting proposals or quotations—for qualified businesses capable of providing as-needed portable restroom units and related services to national cemeteries in Southern and Northern California, Hawaii, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Southern and Northern Oregon, and Washington State. The anticipated requirement includes standard and ADA-compliant portable restrooms, handwashing stations, and potentially additional accessories such as hand sanitizer dispensers and locking mechanisms. Services would include delivery, setup, weekly servicing, cleaning, restocking, and removal, with capability to deliver and set up requested units within one business day after an order. The Government anticipates an ordering period of up to five years, but the final contract structure and period of performance have not been determined, and no minimum order quantity or frequency is guaranteed. Respondents are asked to provide company, registration, socioeconomic-status, geographic-coverage, capability, experience, subcontracting, commercial-practice, and contract-vehicle information.
