Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, is conducting a Sources Sought notice to identify small-business firms capable of providing a potential firm-fixed-price contract for vault pumping services at Jennings Randolph Lake. The scope includes scheduled and emergency removal of raw sewage from various vault latrines and off-site disposal. The requirement also includes delivery and servicing of portable toilets. The anticipated contract structure is one base year beginning on or about January 1, 2027, followed by four one-year option periods. This notice is for market research only and is not a request for proposals, quotes, or bids; any resulting solicitation would be issued separately.
