Description
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is soliciting bids for a service contract covering portable toilet rental, setup, delivery, pickup, twice-weekly cleaning, waste disposal, replenishment of supplies, repairs, and related maintenance at Palo Duro Canyon State Park. The requirement includes two standard portable toilets and one ADA-compliant portable toilet, with provisions for adjusting quantities, service frequency, and unit locations during the contract term. Optional and as-needed services include hand-washing stations with soap and paper towels, additional cleaning, special-event portable toilets, and related services. The initial contract term is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2028, with up to three additional one-year renewals. Bidders must complete the IFB form, Company Profile, and Past Projects with Corresponding References; the latter requires at least three similar projects completed within the last five years. Required insurance includes workers' compensation when applicable, employer's liability, commercial general liability, and automobile liability.
