Description

The National Park Service requires as-needed septic tank and vault toilet pump-out services for approximately 48 systems at Big Cypress National Preserve. The contractor must provide pump trucks, labor, transportation, disposal at an approved treatment facility, disposal documentation, spill notification and remediation, and compliance with applicable environmental and transportation regulations. Emergency requests require response within 12 hours, while prescheduled requests require arrival onsite within two hours of COR notification. Routine events have a 5,000-gallon minimum, although multiple tanks or locations may be combined to meet that minimum. Estimated quantities are provided for pricing only and are not guaranteed. This is a firm-fixed-price requirements contract evaluated under lowest-price technically acceptable procedures. The base period runs from September 23, 2026, through September 22, 2027, followed by four one-year option periods. The quotation must include the completed LPTA Technical Acceptability Template, three relevant completed projects from the past five years, applicable subcontractor information, required FAR provisions, the Limitations on Subcontracting Worksheet, Standard Form 1449, amendment acknowledgment, completed CLIN pricing schedule, and applicable SAM documentation. Submission is electronic by email using separate technical and price files; the technical file must be PDF and the pricing file must be an Excel workbook.
