Description
The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide strategic and housing navigation consulting services. The selected consultant will work with the Authority to identify and address community housing needs, promote long-term housing stability, and support the development and implementation of permanent affordable housing solutions for participants in its housing programs. Proposals must demonstrate the consultant’s experience, qualifications, and ability to provide the requested services. Responses will be evaluated according to the evaluation criteria stated in the solicitation.
