Description
This highway maintenance project will line and repair 11 deteriorated or clogged culvert sites along Routes 23, 33, and 101 at various locations within Ventura County. The work will use Cast-In-Place Pipeliner (CIPP), Machine Spiral Wound Pipeliner (MSWPP), and Spray-In-Place Pipeliner (SIPP) methods to restore culvert serviceability, improve public safety, and prevent ponding, flooding, erosion, and further structural deterioration. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired. The posting is a Notice of Exemption under Class 1d (PRC 21084; 14 CCR 15301), not a solicitation requesting contractor proposals or bids.
