Description
The County of Santa Barbara is soliciting a single award for new and unused Class B uniforms and accessories for its Fire Department. The specified items include a 5.11 quarter-zip job shirt, Elbeco soft-shell jacket, Workrite Nomex shirts and pants, a uniform pant belt, metal nametags, a clip tie, and a tie bar. Substitutions are not permitted, and bidders must provide pricing for all line items. The successful bidder must maintain a storefront within the Tri-County area, provide on-site sizing within 30 days of request, perform required alterations and customization using County-provided logos, badges, and names, maintain an electronic file system for individual sizing information, and provide delivery within 45 business days after receipt of the purchase order. Items must be warranted against defects in materials and workmanship, with repairs and adjustments provided at no cost during the manufacturer warranty period. The bid requires references, a completed bidder questionnaire, and a completed specification and quotation worksheet.
