Description
The Goleta Sanitary District is adopting Ordinance No. 97 to establish revised capacity fees and annexation fees. The ordinance is exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) because the fees themselves do not have the potential for causing a physical change in the environment, and they are covered by the general rule that CEQA applies only to projects with potential significant environmental effects.
