Description
The County of Ventura is soliciting bids for replacement of a culvert at Foothill Road, milepost 3.33, and Santa Susana Pass Road, milepost 1.0. The work includes mobilization, traffic control and construction signing, water pollution control, utility and roadway coordination, potholing, roadway preparation, chain-link fence removal and replacement, demolition and export, fill, structural excavation and backfill, and water control and removal. The project also includes installation of a 36-inch precast reinforced concrete pipe, riprap apron, cast-in-place junction box with traffic-rated lid, headwall with wingwalls, L-headwall, restoration of an asphalt-concrete dike, seven-inch asphalt-concrete pavement repair, pavement delineation, striping, and appurtenant work. The submission requires a non-collusion declaration, subcontractor list, signature sheet, online schedule of work and prices, and an original bid guarantee received by the bid deadline.
