Description
The London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking input from experienced organisations and providers regarding services for people who are homeless, rough sleeping, at risk of homelessness, or experiencing domestic abuse. The Council is interested in current provision, service improvements, innovation, collaboration, housing and accommodation provision, and support that helps people move from the streets into sustainable accommodation and achieve long-term stability, independence, and wellbeing. This is a preliminary market engagement exercise, not a call for competition or an active procurement. Subject to review outcomes and approvals, the Council may consider a future procurement for services with an estimated five-year period from 1 August 2027 through 31 July 2032.
