Description
The City of Tulsa Grants Administration is accepting applications for Program Year 27 HOME Investment Partnerships Program funding. Eligible activities include homebuyer assistance, owner-occupied housing rehabilitation, rental acquisition and rehabilitation, rental new construction, single-family new construction, Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) projects, and tenant-based rental assistance. Eligible applicants include public agencies, CHDOs, nonprofit and for-profit developers, owners, sponsors, subrecipients, and other qualifying organizations. Applicants must submit a complete application addressing organizational and project information, financial information, budget forms, grant certifications, and all applicable organizational and project-specific attachments. The program requires a 25% non-federal match, two months of operating cash reserves, compliance with applicable HOME and federal requirements, and—where applicable—environmental review, relocation, Davis-Bacon, lead-based paint, accessibility, zoning, underwriting, and site-control requirements. Mandatory workshops are required before applicants receive instructions for uploading applications.
