Description
Colorado Parks and Wildlife is soliciting bids for the replacement of five gas-fired furnaces serving the Campground AB, CD, EF, and Marina bathroom buildings at Boyd Lake State Park. The work includes ACCA Manual N heat-load calculations and ACCA Manual CS equipment-sizing verification; removal and disposal of the existing furnaces; furnishing and installing five new high-efficiency natural-gas furnaces, including vents, plenums, gas, electrical, thermostat, filter, and condensate connections; required permits; and testing and balancing of the completed systems. The specified equipment is Lennox Merit Series ML196UHE or approved equal, with listed units ranging from 66,000 to 132,000 BTUH input and 96% thermal efficiency. The contractor must provide manufacturer data, shop drawings, product submittals, construction scheduling, certified testing and balancing results, combustion analysis, calibrated-equipment documentation, operation and maintenance manuals, and as-built documentation. The work is to be completed within 30 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed, with work generally limited to one building at a time to minimize disruption to park visitors.
