Description
Weld County Government is soliciting a turn-key, lump-sum bid for one new, current-production, unused portable radial stacking conveyor for aggregate and similar bulk materials. The conveyor must be complete, factory-tested, and ready for operation upon delivery, with a 36-inch belt, 125-foot length, portable lattice frame, manual telescoping undercarriage, single-axle transport configuration, radial stockpiling capability, adjustable receiving hopper, guarding, and a capacity of 200–750 tons per hour. The equipment must include the specified drive, idler, hydraulic, electrical, safety, and transport components and comply with applicable FMCSA, MSHA, OSHA, ANSI, CEMA, federal, and state standards. The awarded vendor must provide delivery, shipping documentation, factory-authorized startup assistance, inspection, warranty registration, operational and maintenance training, and the manufacturer's warranty documentation. Pricing must include all equipment, accessories, freight, preparation, assembly, startup, training, documentation, and other costs necessary to provide a complete operational system.
