Description
Worcester County is soliciting a qualified, licensed contractor to provide complete HVAC improvements at the Mystic Harbour and Riddle Farm Water Treatment Plants. The work includes furnishing and installing dehumidifiers, exhaust fans, louvers, control dampers, controls and sensors, condensate drainage, ductwork, electrical feeders and disconnects, equipment relocation, wall modifications, concrete lintel work, demolition, patching, permits, testing, startup, commissioning, and training. Vendors must price Mystic Harbour and Riddle Farm separately and provide a combined total; the County may award either schedule separately or both schedules together. The solicitation requires field verification, coordination with ongoing treatment-plant operations, equipment and control submittals, outage planning, applicable permits and inspections, safety and protection measures, closeout documentation, operation and maintenance manuals, warranties, record drawings, and a one-year workmanship and materials guarantee. The bid package must include the County's supplied forms, references for three similar projects completed within the last 12–36 months, a certificate of good standing, signed addenda, qualification and non-collusion affidavits, and any required descriptive literature or exceptions.
