Description
Casiloc inc. is soliciting bids for all materials, hardware, equipment, and labor required to perform plumbing, heating, and cooling work for the Hotel at Casino de Montréal project, identified as Lot 7051. The estimated contract period is 24 months. Bidders must meet applicable Québec public-contract eligibility requirements, including any required authorization from the Autorité des marchés publics, a valid Revenu Québec attestation or applicable alternative form, RBQ accreditation and an appropriate valid license, and eligibility in the public-contract registry. The submission must include a 10% bid bond valid for 45 days, a 50% performance-bond agreement, and a 50% labor, materials, and services bond agreement, each in favor of Casiloc inc. A voluntary site visit is scheduled, and electronic submission through SEAO is mandatory.
