The State of Ohio is soliciting an MBE-certified contractor to disconnect, remove, and dispose of an existing six-ton Trane outdoor condenser and furnish and install a compatible like-kind outdoor heat pump unit. The work includes all required materials, fittings, line sets, accessories, refrigerant connections, electrical connections, auxiliary heat staging, and control connections. The contractor must also install a non-programmable digital thermostat with independent low-voltage control wiring, start up and test the system in heating and cooling modes, correct deficiencies, and provide applicable equipment warranty documentation. A site visit is scheduled for September 21, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
