Description
School District 22 Vernon is seeking a contractor to provide new, complete, ready-for-operation heating, air-conditioning, controls, plumbing, and drainage systems for the W.L. Seaton HVAC Upgrade Phase 1 project. The work must comply with Division 20–25 requirements, project drawings, and applicable codes, standards, and ordinances. The opportunity is evaluated on mandatory criteria and price; the lowest-priced quotation that satisfies the mandatory criteria, terms and conditions, and specifications will receive the contract. The notice identifies mechanical drawings and specifications as RFx documents. Work may be performed remotely because no physical delivery location is specified, although the service region is British Columbia and North Okanagan. Submissions must be made electronically through BC Bid by pre-authorized electronic bidders registered in that system.
