Description
The Municipal Authority of the Borough of Elverson is soliciting bids for Contract C of the Sewage Treatment Plant Headworks Grant Project. The work generally consists of replacing the existing HVAC system with a new system independent from the treatment process piping. This rebid applies only to Contract C; references to Contracts A and B are excluded from consideration. The successful bidder must execute the agreement, provide performance and payment bonds, and furnish evidence of required insurance. The bidder and all subcontractors must submit the qualification documentation identified in Article 3 of the Instructions to Bidders. The project is subject to Pennsylvania prevailing-wage requirements and applicable equal-employment, nondiscrimination, environmental, and public-resource regulations. Bids will be awarded to the lowest qualified bidder.
