Description
The Idaho Division of Public Works is soliciting bids for Phase 3 of an administration building HVAC project at the University of Idaho. Base bid work includes furnishing and installing new HVAC equipment and associated hydronic systems in the attic, third floor, and second floor. The project also includes related demolition, architectural finish work, lighting relocation, and revisions to the fire sprinkler system where affected by the HVAC work. An estimated project cost of $1,650,000 is provided, and a bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid amount, including add alternates, is required.
