Description
Westfield Central School District is soliciting sealed bids for replacement of an existing wall-mounted Mitsubishi PKAAK36NL indoor unit and Mitsubishi PUYAK36NL outdoor condenser, both rated at 36,000 BTU cooling. The work includes removing and disposing of the existing unit, installing the new equipment, installing refrigerant lines and a condensate drain, completing control wiring, starting the unit, and performing a system check. Electrical work will be performed by a third party selected through separate district quotes. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the name of the service. The district reserves the right to waive informalities, negotiate, or reject any or all bids.
