Description
This solicitation is for plumbing work at the Community 101 project by Stomata Development LLC. The scope includes installation of plumbing fixtures such as lavatories, water closets, urinals, floor drains, and a janitor sink, as well as gas piping for water heaters and rooftop units, domestic water supply lines, sanitary waste and vent piping, and a gas water heater. The project involves both underslab and above-grade work, with connections to existing mains. Detailed specifications for fixtures, pipe insulation, and backflow preventers are provided.
