Description
Weld County is seeking one new, unused, current-production portable aggregate hopper/feeder plant with an integrated transfer conveyor. The equipment must be fully assembled, factory-tested, operational upon delivery, and suitable for continuous heavy-duty aggregate production, with a hopper capacity of 15–20 cubic yards, a belt feeder capable of approximately 200–750 tons per hour, and a 60-foot transfer conveyor. Equivalent equipment meeting or exceeding the stated specifications will be considered. The scope includes furnishing the equipment and all required components, freight and delivery, inspection, factory-authorized startup and commissioning, operational and maintenance training, warranty registration and documentation, and standard manufacturer warranty support. The bid must include firm, fixed lump-sum pricing covering all required costs, along with the completed bid response form, product and technical documentation, electrical and foundation/loading information where applicable, manuals, spare-parts information, startup checklist, warranty documentation, and acknowledgment of any addenda.
