Description
The City of Loveland is soliciting a turnkey contractor for a three-sided, approximately six-foot-tall exterior monument sign for the Rialto Theatre. The sign must complement the Pulliam Building monument sign’s appearance, proportions, typography, branding, and visual character while adapting the design for the Rialto Theatre site and pedestrian circulation. Two faces must contain full-color electronic message centers, and the third must be a static display featuring the Rialto Theatre name and/or logo. The scope includes design recommendations, fabrication, delivery, installation, electrical connection, startup, testing, commissioning, concrete foundations, footings, piers, structural supports, anchors, reinforcing steel, excavation, backfill, restoration, and required permits. The electronic displays should provide full-color LED technology, automatic brightness adjustment, wide viewing angles, high image quality, still-image and video capability, internet-based remote programming, content-management software, and a manufacturer’s warranty. Bidders must provide turnkey pricing, optional upgrades, lead times, anticipated schedule, warranty information, assumptions and exclusions, and any ongoing operating costs.
