Description
The City of Fort Collins is seeking qualified suppliers to furnish and deliver two three-phase, 50 MVA outdoor power transformers rated at 115kV-to-13.8kV, in accordance with Attachment A, Three Phase Large Outdoor 115kV Power Transformer Revision J. The procurement is a formal Request for Proposal with lump-sum pricing and FOB destination delivery. Proposals must be submitted electronically. The solicitation identifies a single Bid Documents file as the proposal document, but the supplied materials do not enumerate its contents or identify additional submission-time forms or attachments.
